Our paperwork process has been refined in order to make things easier for you. Filling out the necessary forms is only one step of the process, and we believe the ease of completing them should reflect that. Simply put, this is what our process consists of.
Wondering what it is exactly that our paperwork process consists of? Our paper work has been simplified as much as possible, however it can still be a bit tedious. There are certain legalities that have to be covered in order for us to do business with you, that we'll quickly explain below. Although we encourage you to thorougly
1.) Online agreement
The online agreement is the bread and butter of the paperwork process. Simply put, it grants us (Portvale Dispatch) a legal basis of a Limited Power of Attorney over your company for a specific purpose. This purpose being that you legally authorize us to make specified decisions on your behalf (booking / finding loads).
2.) Intake Form
This is simply a list of an active carrier/carriers in your business that we will be servicing directly. It gives us some basic contact information as well as information related to the type of truck and equipment being used, to help us better serve you.
3.) ACH Draft
The ACH Draft is simply an electronic payment method which transfers funds from one bank account to another.
